“Best hotel ever.”
Best hotel ever. When we got there, we were greeted by the kindest staff. The Intuition staff truly made our trip a 10/10. Thank you to Eleanore, Dan, Nick, Kier, Kyle, Jacob, and Abbi at the front desk for making this trip truly special. The hotel is beautiful and newly built with all the best amenities, including an onsen. Breakfast was great every morning, and the hotel was just perfect. I can’t wait to head back next year and see everyone again!

“I would 100% stay here again”
Absolutely loved our stay at Intuition in Niseko — the hotel was modern, spotless, and perfectly located for both skiing and getting around town. The front desk staff were amazing, especially Maia, who was incredibly helpful and truly resourceful about the area, giving us great local tips and helping with anything we needed. The rooms were comfortable and well designed, and everything felt high-quality and well thought out. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niseko.

“The staff at Reception were outstanding!!!”
We stayed at Intuition on the last week of the season. The staff at Reception were outstanding !!! Every single person we had dealings with was friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We truly appreciated everything they did, from sorting out our phone issues, to getting us to the chairlift, to recommending places for dinner. 5 stars all around. Thank you

“Our travels are quite distinct from the ordinary.
The rooms were expansive, beautifully designed yet understated. They exuded elegance, much like the warm-hearted staff who welcomed every guest, both young and old. Their genuine service came straight from the heart, a rare quality to encounter. I can only surmise that such a nurturing atmosphere springs from their founder, NISADE | The Luxe Nomad, who treats the staff like family.
It is safe to say that I have officially discovered my sanctuary in Niseko.

“We had an amazing 6 night stay at intuition hotel.”
The room was well-equipped with all the appliances you need - washer/dryer, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. I would say it’s more like a luxurious service apartment because of all the amenities in the room. It’s recommended that you self-drive if you’re staying here because there are limited food options within walking distance and they can be a little pricey because it’s a resort town. However, you can do a short drive down to Kutchan to explore and get cheaper meals. We had breakfast at the hotel every morning, and other than the last day, the spread was pretty good even though it’s a relatively small hotel. Intuition staff were really warm and helpful. And it’s great that if we rent ski gear from rhythm, the hotel will help us to return it when we’re done with it. My husband loved the on-site indoor/outdoor onsen as well - a perfect way to end a cold day of snowboarding.

“We look forward to coming back one day!”
We had a great stay at Intuition Niseko late in the season! The building was new and functional, particularly enjoyed the short walk from the lifts to the well appointed ski locker room. Location is great - short walk to everything. We didn’t know about the shuttle service when booking, indeed we booked noting we could walk from Intuition to dinner bookings etc., however, the shuttle was fantastic. Talked back country skiing and weather with Simon and Honza. Jason and Minato were great to chat about local conditions and Aprés recommendations. Tali and Tily were super helpful, including assisting with our washing when we had to run off to dinner (thank you!). There were always staff around when you needed assistance with something. Onsen was great! Laundry facilities could be expanded for those who need to wash ski gear etc. Overall, great location, views and memorable staff. We look forward to coming back one day!

“Amazing stay and incredible staff”
The location was very convenient, the hotel and amenities were amazing, clean and comfortable. But what stood out was the incredible and friendly staff who would go out of their way to help you with your stay. They are eager to provide information on nearby restaurants, giving their personal recommendations, and not only did they give us free shuttle service into town, they did it with such friendliness and made us feel really welcomed. Next time i'm visiting Niseko, i'm most likely going to be staying at intuition.
