“The staff at Reception were outstanding!!!”
Staying at Intuition Niseko last February was genuinely one of the best travel experiences I’ve had. Tucked into a serene birch forest just a 3-minute stroll from the Ace Family Quad Lift , the location is absolutely unbeatable you’re effortlessly close to the slopes and the village without any of the chaos. The building itself was designed with the façade built to gently mimic the surrounding birch trees it’s that kind of thoughtful detail that sets this place apart. As someone who values gorgeous scenery at properties where we stay, this was a great add on. Every residence features floor-to-ceiling windows framing breathtaking views of Mount Yotei or the surrounding forest , and the interiors are spacious, modern, and fully equipped. The staff genuinely went out of their way at every turn from sharing personal restaurant recommendations to offering a complimentary shuttle service made the whole stay feel incredibly personal. After a day on the pow, unwinding in the natural onsen in the property felt like the ultimate reward. The ski locker room with heated cabinets to dry your gear each day was such a practical luxury every detail was clearly designed with skiers in mind. I’ll be back without question.

“You all made our trip truly memorable”
We had such a wonderful stay at Intuition. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious and incredibly comfortable, and the location is perfect for enjoying everything Niseko has to offer. The car service was also a huge bonus and made getting around so easy. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the team. Everyone was so kind, attentive and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. A special thank you to Jacob, Will, Dan, Nick and Izzy — you all made our trip truly memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

“Brilliant stay, just wonderful.”
We had a brilliant time staying at Intuition - Our first Japan/Snow/Niseko experience and it was fabulous for our family of 4 - the accomodation was everything we were looking for - perfect for relaxing, warm and magical to watch the snow falling through the windows - the on-site team were brilliant - always friendly, helpful and chatty. We enjoyed their conversations and they shuttled us around for the week. Special shout out to Dorothy - I loved her smiling face at the desk! Breakfast was great - so many options to choose from (I truly miss the sweet potato and broccoli and spinach done so many ways! Was worried about missing my green smoothies - not at all here!) The kids loved the pastries and mini vegie/fruit juice boxes. Best part was - everything was easy. everyone in the family had their needs met - we walked to dinner each evening. The Ace chairlift is just across the road. Went for early morning walks. Felt safe. Magical in the snow. Just wonderful - thank you team and we will be back!

“We look forward to coming back one day!”
Would give this more stars if possible! From the very beginning the team at Zekkei Collection were an incredible help with making sure our group of 8 was well taken care of. We had some very unexpected things occur but Veronica was available and helped us every step of the way to ensure we had a great trip. The location is a 5 minute walk from the ACE Family lift or the Intuition team can take you by shuttle to the other base areas if you prefer. The rooms are immaculate and the beds were extremely comfortable. The views were breathtaking. The ONSEN! Gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. Ski lockers were spacious and with boot warmers inside. If you rent skis from Rhythm you can actually drop off in the hotel locker room. The entire Intuition team was always ready to help, we don't remember everyone's names but Jacob, Lachlan, Michael, Isabel, and the entire team were wonderful. I genuinely do not know the last time I wrote such a raving review but very well deserved! We cant wait to come back.

“Amazing stay and incredible staff”
I had a short stay will Intuition Niseko during the late March season, even though the season was coming to an end the snow was still wonderful, and Intuition Niseko along with Dan and Keir they made my stay even more memorable with their amazing recommendations for food and their outstanding service. I would a 100% rebook this hotel and highly recommended it for anyone considering a ski/snowboarding trip to Niseko.
